Player Picks Sweat-Free Entry

Place a Player Picks entry, receive a Player Picks ticket of the same value (up to $10) if the entry loses.

• Offer valid for one use per eligible user.

• Must have a verified OwnersBox account.

• Offer available from 9:00 AM - 11:59 PM ET on 09/21/2025

How it works:

• Place a real money Player Picks entry. If your entry loses, you will be issued a FREE Player Picks ticket up to $10.

• The free ticket will match the amount of the same value of the wager - up to a max of $10.

• Any 2-to-6-leg entry is eligible.

• You must opt-in and apply the Sweat Free token to the entry you wish to use as your Sweat-Free Entry.

• Eligible users will have received the promotional email and have the Sweat-Free Entry offer available at the top of the app to opt into in their promotional carousel.

• Entries placed with OwnersBucks or tickets are not eligible.

• The ticket will be credited to your OwnersBox account upon the conclusion of your contest (once the contest finalizes on platform) should your entry lose.

• Maximum of one (1) Player Picks ticket can be rewarded per user. Multiple tickets will not be issued to add up to $10.

• This promotion is limited to one promotional bonus per eligible user. You must have received the promotional email and offer in the carousel on the platform to participate in a Sweat-Free Entry.

Examples:

• If you place a $2.45 Player Picks entry and your entry loses, you'll receive one (1) $2.45 Player Picks ticket.

• If you place a $10 Player Picks entry and your entry loses, you'll receive one (1) $10 Player Picks ticket.

• If you place a $25 Player Picks entry and your entry loses, you'll receive one (1) $10 Placer Picks ticket.

The Offer:

The promotional offer is valid between 09/21/2025 at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 09/21/2025 at 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports product operates and is not an “Excluded State.” Void where prohibited. Eligibility restrictions apply. The promotional offer is Non-Transferable.

• These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• You must have a verified account to enter.

• A real money Player Picks entry with 2–6 markets only must be entered to qualify.

• Entries containing NFL, MLB or PGA picks are eligible.

• The Player Picks ticket has NO CASH VALUE and is non-withdrawable. Any returns from the Player Picks ticket used will be added to your Withdrawable Balance. Player Picks tickets cannot be used on certain products, offers/promotions and contest types.

• Each individual Player Picks ticket will expire 7 days after initial no sweat entry is settled as a loss.

• Only one (1) Player Picks entry qualifies for this offer.

• Only one (1) Player Picks ticket can be rewarded per user up to $10.

• Tickets are eligible for use in any one (1) Player Picks contest.

Claiming Promotion Offer:

• One (1) Player Picks ticket up to $10 (a.k.a. the Bonus) will be issued to your account upon the conclusion of your losing entry.

• Tickets will require a 3:1 playthrough before being eligible to be withdrawn.

• Tickets have no cash value and are valid for one use before the disclosed expiration date and time - 7 days after initial no sweat entry is settled as a loss.

Eligibility:

You must have a verified OwnersBox account. You must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in contests, sweepstakes or win prizes offered through OwnersBox. In jurisdictions, territories, and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of Contests is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must meet the age requirement in your local jurisdiction or territory. Legal residents physically located in Canada or any of the fifty (50) states and Washington D.C. in the United States of America, excluding Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming (the “Excluded States”) are eligible to open an account and participate in Player Picks contests, sweepstakes or win prizes offered by OwnersBox. 

General

• This offer is only available to customers residing in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports product(s) operates in, and is not an “Excluded State”.

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kroger from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the promotion or use of OwnersBox's services.

By having an OwnersBox account you are representing and warranting that:

• You are of 18 years of age or older (or the minimum age for permissible use in your jurisdiction)

• At the time of game entry you are physically located in a jurisdiction in which participation in the Contest is not prohibited by applicable law or these Terms;

• You are not listed on any governmental list of prohibited or restricted parties;

• You will abide at all times with this Agreement and any other agreements between you and OwnersBox regarding your use of the Services;

• When depositing funds or entering Contests, you are not physically located in of
  any of the Excluded States;

• You are not subject to backup withholding tax from any governmental authority;

• When entering any Contest that awards prizes, you are not an Employee, Immediate Family Member, or operator of OwnersBox or any other daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes;

• You do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about Contest-related information.

• OwnersBox may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

• By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.

• OwnersBox account holders are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes.

• OwnersBox is not liable for computer, program, or network malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards.

• OwnersBox reserves the right to exclude certain registered customers from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at OwnersBox’s sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of OwnersBox’s Terms of Service.

• OwnersBox may reclaim any bonus amount, promotional offer, Tickets, or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

• Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on OwnersBox immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded.

• Daily Fantasy Sports are for entertainment purposes only. Winning a contest on OwnersBox depends on knowledge and exercise of skill.

OwnersBox reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel this promotion upon notice to and approval from the applicable jurisdiction regulators located in the respective eligible Jurisdiction.
