Play a minimum of $15 on OwnersBox and receive a $15 General Ticket to enter future contests with.

How it Works:

• Available to new OwnersBox users only.

• Deposit and play a minimum of $15 USD or more in any OwnersBox contest and receive a $15 General Ticket.

• The “Play $15 on OwnersBox, Get a Free $15 Ticket!” offer is only valid for one use. Only one (1) $15 General Ticket will be issued to each individual eligible user.

• One (1) $15 General Ticket (a.k.a. the $15 Bonus) will be issued to your account once your minimum $15 USD playthrough is achieved.

• Ticket entries will not count towards the required $15 USD minimum. Eligible entries must be paid USD.

• General Tickets are eligible for use in any OwnersaBox contest game type, subject to location availability.*

* Eligibility for each OwnersBox contest varies by jurisdiction. See “Eligibility” section below.

Examples:

• Make one (1) $15 USD entry into any OwnersBox contest, you'll receive one (1) $15 General Ticket.

• Make three (3) $5 USD entries into any OwnersBox contests, you’ll receive one (1) $15 General Ticket.

• Make one (1) $25 USD entry into any OwnersBox contest, you'll receive one (1) $15 General Ticket.

The Offer:

• The promotional offer is valid between 08/01/2025 at 3:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and 08/31/2025 at 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Period”).

• These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with OwnersBox’s General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• New users who deposit to their OwnersBox account and play a minimum of $15 USD in entry fees to any OwnersBox contest will receive $15 General Ticket

• Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports Salary Cap, Player Picks, or Lightning Lineups products operate and is not an “Excluded State.”

• VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Eligibility restrictions apply. The promotional offer is Non-Transferable.

Ticket Delivery/Notification

• The $15 General Ticket will be auto applied to your OwnersBox account upon completion of the $15 USD entry minimum.

• You will also receive an email and/or mobile push notification stating the delivery of the ticket.

• The $15 General Ticket has NO CASH VALUE and is non-withdrawable. Any returns from the General Ticket used will be added to your Withdrawable Balance.

• The $15 Salary Cap ticket will expire Sunday, September 7th, 2025 @ 11:59:00 PM ET.

• Only one (1) $15 General Ticket can be rewarded per user.

Eligibility:

You must have a verified OwnersBox account. You must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or win prizes offered through OwnersBox. In jurisdictions, territories, and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of Contests is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must meet the age requirement in your local jurisdiction or territory. Legal residents physically located in the fifty (50) states and Washington D.C. in the United States of America, excluding Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, Washington (the “Excluded States”) are eligible to open an account and participate in contests or win prizes offered by OwnersBox.

Only eligible contests offered in your state of residence will be applicable for The Offer (“Eligible Contest”). Please see below the full list of eligible contests in your state:

• Salary Cap: Canada and the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“DC”) in the United States of America, excluding Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, and Washington.

• Lightning Lineups: Legal residents physically located in Canada or any of the fifty (50) states and Washington D.C. in the United States of America, excluding Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

• Player Picks: Legal residents physically located in Canada (excluding Quebec) or any of the fifty (50) states and Washington D.C. in the United States of America, excluding Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

• This offer is only available to customers residing in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports product(s) operates in, and is not an “Excluded State”.

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kroger and any of its affiliated entities from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the promotion or use of OwnersBox's services. Kroger and its affiliated entities accept no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of the use OwnersBox, including, but not limited to, any content or material found therein, or as a result of fantasy sports risks. Any fantasy sports activity is an inherently risky undertaking at your own risk.

• By having an OwnersBox account you are representing and warranting that:

  • You are of 18 years of age or older (or the minimum age for permissible use in your jurisdiction) at the time of game entry you are physically located in a jurisdiction in which participation in the Contest is not prohibited by applicable law or these Terms;

  • You are not listed on any governmental list of prohibited or restricted parties;

  • You will abide at all times with this Agreement and any other agreements between you and OwnersBox regarding your use of the Services;

  • When depositing funds or entering Contests, you are not physically located in of any of the Excluded States;

  • You are not subject to backup withholding tax from any governmental authority;

  • When entering any Contest that awards prizes, you are not an Employee, Immediate Family Member, or operator of OwnersBox or any other daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes;

  • You do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about Contest-related information.

• OwnersBox may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

• By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.

• OwnersBox account holders are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes.

• OwnersBox is not liable for computer, program, or network malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards.

• OwnersBox reserves the right to exclude certain registered customers from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at OwnersBox’s sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of OwnersBox’s Terms of Service.

• OwnersBox may reclaim any bonus amount, promotional offer, Tickets, or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error or in bad faith.

• Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on OwnersBox immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded.

• Daily Fantasy Sports are for entertainment purposes only. Winning a contest on OwnersBox depends on knowledge and exercise of skill.

• OwnersBox reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel this promotion upon notice to and approval from the applicable jurisdiction regulators located in the respective eligible Jurisdiction.
