2025 U.S. Open PGA Player Picks - OwnersBucks Bonus Offer

Play $10+ on PGA Player Picks every round of 2025 U.S. Open (Thurs-Sun), to earn additional OwnersBucks (a.k.a. OBucks).

How it Works:

• Play $10+ USD in PGA Player Picks for 2 of 4 rounds → 1 OwnersBucks bonus.

• Play $10+ USD in PGA Player Picks for 3 of 4 rounds → 2 OwnersBucks bonus.

• Play $10+ USD in PGA Player Picks for 4 of 4 rounds → 5 OwnersBucks bonus.

• The “2025 U.S. Open OwnersBucks Bonus” offer is only valid for one use. Only a maximum of five (5) OwnersBucks can be rewarded to each individual eligible user.

• The $10 USD minimum for each round can be triggered through one $10 USD (or more) PGA Player Picks entry or multiple PGA Player Picks entries that cumulatively add up to over $10 USD.

• Only applicable for entries into “PGA Player Picks contests”. Entries must include at least one PGA market to be considered a “PGA Player Picks contest”.

• Users are only eligible for one (1) OwnersBucks bonus. Qualifying for all four rounds does not get you each tier. Your bonus is correlated to which tier you land in upon completion of the 2025 U.S. Open.

• OwnersBucks will be issued to your account within 24 hours of completion of the 2025 U.S. Open.

• Rewarded OwnersBucks are redeemable in any OwnersBox contest type, subject to location availability.*

* Eligibility for each OwnersBox contest varies by jurisdiction. See “Eligibility” section below.

Examples:

• Reach or exceed $10 USD in PGA Player Picks entries on Thursday and Saturday (or any combination of two rounds of the 2025 U.S. Open), you’ll receive one (1) reward of 1 OwnersBucks.

• Reach or exceed $10 USD in PGA Player Picks entries on Thursday, Friday, Saturday (or any combination of three rounds of the 2025 U.S. Open) you’ll receive one (1) reward of 2 OwnersBucks.

• Reach or exceed $10 USD in PGA Player Picks entries on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (all four (4) rounds of the 2025 U.S. Open) you’ll receive one (1) reward of 5 OwnersBucks.

The Offer:

• The promotional offer is valid between 06/11/2025 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and 06/15/2025 at 3:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Period”) a.k.a. Rounds 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the 2025 U.S. Open.

• These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with OwnersBox’s General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Users who make a minimum of $10 USD PGA Player Picks entries during 2 or more rounds of the 2025 U.S. Open will receive locked OwnersBucks (2 rounds = 1 OwnersBucks, 3 rounds = 2 OwnersBucks, 4 rounds = 5 OwnersBucks). Locked OwnersBucks are redeemable for tickets into paid contests.

• Users are only eligible for one (1) OwnersBucks bonus. Qualifying for all four rounds does not get you each tier.

• OwnersBucks unlock at 4% or higher depending on game type (Player Picks: 100%, Lightning Lineups: 75%, Salary Cap: 4-5% depending on paid gameplay) as you play paid contests.

• Unlocked OwnersBucks can be redeemed for tickets for paid contests.

• Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports Player Picks product operates and is not an “Excluded State.” Void where Prohibited. Eligibility restrictions apply. The promotional offer is Non-Transferable.

OwnersBucks Delivery/Notification

• The 1 - 5 convertible Ownersbucks will be auto applied to your OwnersBox account within 24 hours of completion of the 2025 U.S. Open. You will also receive an email and/or mobile push notification stating the delivery of the OwnersBucks.

Eligibility:

You must have a verified OwnersBox account. You must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or win prizes offered through OwnersBox. In jurisdictions, territories, and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of Contests is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must meet the age requirement in your local jurisdiction or territory. General

• This offer is only available to customers residing in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports product(s) operates in, and is not an “Excluded State”.

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kroger from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the promotion or use of OwnersBox's services.

• By having an OwnersBox account you are representing and warranting that:

  • You are of 18 years of age or older (or the minimum age for permissible use in your jurisdiction) at the time of game entry you are physically located in a jurisdiction in which participation in the Contest is not prohibited by applicable law or these Terms;

  • You are not listed on any governmental list of prohibited or restricted parties;

  • You will abide at all times with this Agreement and any other agreements between you and OwnersBox regarding your use of the Services;

  • When depositing funds or entering Contests, you are not physically located in of any of the Excluded States;

  • You are not subject to backup withholding tax from any governmental authority;

  • When entering any Contest that awards prizes, you are not an Employee, Immediate Family Member, or operator of OwnersBox or any other daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes;

  • You do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about Contest-related information.

• OwnersBox may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

• By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.

• OwnersBox account holders are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes.

• OwnersBox is not liable for computer, program, or network malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards.

• OwnersBox reserves the right to exclude certain registered customers from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at OwnersBox’s sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of OwnersBox’s Terms of Service.

• OwnersBox may reclaim any bonus amount, promotional offer, Tickets, or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

• Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on OwnersBox immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded.

• Daily Fantasy Sports are for entertainment purposes only. Winning a contest on OwnersBox depends on knowledge and exercise of skill.

• OwnersBox reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel this promotion upon notice to and approval from the applicable jurisdiction regulators located in the respective eligible Jurisdiction.
