Users who enter two (2) lineups into the $250K NFL Sunday Kickoff ($50K to 1st) Salary Cap contest will receive one $15 Ticket for an entry into a NFL Sunday Week 2 Salary Cap contest.

• Offer available 9/5/25 - 9/7/25 (1:00 PM ET)

• Must have a verified OwnersBox account.

How it Works:

• Enter two (2) paid ($15 USD) entries into the "$250K NFL Sunday Kickoff ($50K to 1st)"  Salary Cap contest taking place on Sunday, September 7th, 2025 and you will receive one (1) free $15 Salary Cap ticket for a lineup entry into a Week 2 NFL Salary Cap contest.

• The NFL Week 1 B2G1 offer is only valid for one (1) use.

• The $15 ticket will be delivered (auto applied to account) on Monday, September 8th, 2025 (a.k.a. within 24 hours of contest finalization of the $250K NFL Sunday Kickoff ($50K to 1st) Salary Cap contest). You will receive an email and/or mobile push notification stating the delivery of the ticket.

• The free $15 ticket is intended for use in a Week 2 NFL Salary Cap contest, but will also be eligible for use in any September 8th, 2025 Monday Night Football $15 NFL Salary Cap contest. Ticket usage will be eligible from Monday, September 8th, 2025 until 11:59:00 PM ET Monday, September 15th, 2025.

The Offer:

• The promotional period for this Buy 2, Get 1 offer into the “$250K NFL Sunday Kickoff ($50K to 1st)" Salary Cap contest runs from 1:00:00 PM ET September 5th, 2025 until 1:00:00 PM ET on September 7th, 2025.

• Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports Salary Cap product operates and is not an “Excluded State.” Void where prohibited. Eligibility restrictions apply. The promotional offer is Non-Transferable.

• These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with OwnersBox’s General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Users who enter two (2) $15 USD Salary Cap lineups into the Week 1 $250K NFL Sunday Kickoff ($50K to 1st) Salary Cap contest during the promotional period will receive one (1) $15 Salary Cap ticket.

Ticket Delivery/Notification:

• The $15 Salary Cap ticket(s) will be delivered (auto applied to account) on Monday, September 8th, 2025 or within 24 hours of contest finalization of the “$250K NFL Sunday Kickoff ($50K to 1st)" Salary Cap contest. • Tickets will require a 3:1 playthrough before being eligible to be withdrawn.

• Tickets have no cash value and are valid for one (1) use before the disclosed expiration date and time - (Ticket Expiration: Monday, September 15th, 2025, at 11:59:00 PM ET)..

• Each issued ticket is eligible for use in any $15 entry fee NFL Salary Cap contest taking place between 09/08/2025 and 09/15/2025 at 8:20:00 PM ET

Eligibility:

You must have a verified OwnersBox account. You must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in contests, sweepstakes or win prizes offered through OwnersBox. In jurisdictions, territories, and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of Contests is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must meet the age requirement in your local jurisdiction or territory. Legal residents physically located in Canada or any of the fifty (50) states and Washington D.C. in the United States of America, excluding Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, Washington (the “Excluded States”) are eligible to open an account and participate in Salary Cap contests, sweepstakes or win prizes offered by OwnersBox.

General

• See OwnersBox General Terms of Service for information, limitations, and rules about participating in paid daily fantasy contests

• This offer is only available to customers residing in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports product(s) operates in, and is not an “Excluded State”.

• By having an OwnersBox account you are representing and warranting that:

  • You are of 18 years of age or older (or the minimum age for permissible use in your jurisdiction) at the time of game entry you are physically located in a jurisdiction in which participation in the Contest is not prohibited by applicable law or these Terms;

  • You are not listed on any governmental list of prohibited or restricted parties;

  • You will abide at all times with this Agreement and any other agreements between you and OwnersBox regarding your use of the Services;

  • When depositing funds or entering Contests, you are not physically located in of any of the Excluded States;

  • You are not subject to backup withholding tax from any governmental authority;

  • When entering any Contest that awards prizes, you are not an Employee, Immediate Family Member, or operator of OwnersBox or any other daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes;

  • You do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about Contest-related information.

• OwnersBox may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

• By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.

• OwnersBox account holders are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes.

• OwnersBox is not liable for computer, program, or network malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards.

• OwnersBox reserves the right to exclude certain registered customers from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at OwnersBox’s sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of OwnersBox’s Terms of Service.

• OwnersBox may reclaim any bonus amount, promotional offer, Tickets, or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

• Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on OwnersBox immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded.

• Daily Fantasy Sports are for entertainment purposes only. Winning a contest on OwnersBox depends on knowledge and exercise of skill.

• OwnersBox reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel this promotion upon notice to and approval from the applicable jurisdiction regulators located in the respective eligible Jurisdiction.
