1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except where prohibited by law.

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher).

• Open only to Stokastic-attributed users.

• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Stokastic, Inc. or OwnersBox are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

• The giveaway is organized by Stokastic, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

• Prize fulfillment is the responsibility of Stokastic, Inc.

• OwnersBox will assist in entry collection and winner selection.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept all decisions by Stokastic and OwnersBox as final and binding.

4. Entry Period

• Promotion will be announced in advance on social media.

• The main entry window will be Sunday, September 7, 2025, between 9:15 AM – 1:00 PM EST during Stokastic’s Live Before Lock show.

• Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

• To qualify, participants must enter the $250K NFL Sunday Kickoff Contest on OwnersBox and attempt to beat Greg Ehrenberg’s best lineup.

• OwnersBox will collect the list of eligible entries.

6. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a FREE Stokastic NFL Max Yearly Subscription, including access to Stokastic’s NFL Core Data and Simulation Tool.

• No cash alternative or transfer permitted.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• From the pool of eligible participants, OwnersBox will conduct a random drawing to determine the winner.

• Winner details will be provided to Stokastic by OwnersBox.

• Stokastic will deliver the prize directly to the winner.

• Winner will be contacted within [96 hour (4 days)] of the promotion by [method, e.g., email or platform message]. If unresponsive after [96 hours (4 days)], another winner may be drawn.

8. Rights Granted by Participants

By entering, participants agree that Stokastic and OwnersBox may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes related to this giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

• Stokastic and OwnersBox reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other factors compromise fairness.

• Stokastic and OwnersBox are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Stokastic, OwnersBox, and their affiliates from liability for any claims or damages related to the giveaway or prize.

11. Disputes

• The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

• Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the courts of Illinois.

Information collected will be handled according to Stokastic’s Privacy Policy and OwnersBox’s Privacy Policy.
