Player Picks Rocket Rampage

Win a Player Picks entry containing Rockets with the highest multiplier from 11/04/25 - 11/11/25 and receive $500 in OwnersBucks.

• Qualifying entries must include at least 1 Rocket

• $1 USD min entry fee to qualify

• Offer available from 11:00 AM ET 11/04/2025 - 3:00 AM ET on 11/11/2025.

• Must have a verified OwnersBox account.

How it works:

• Place a real money Player Picks entry (minimum $1 USD) containing at least one (1) market (i.e. athlete) with at least one (1) Rocket. Your payout multiplier grows with the more Rockets you have in your entry. Two (2) Rocket markets carry a greater multiplier than one (1) Rocket markets. Three (3) Rockets markets carry a greater multiplier than two (2) Rocket markets, so on and so forth. Stack multiple markets with multiple Rockets to achieve greater multipliers.

• At the end of the Promotion period the winning entry that has the greatest multiplier will receive 500 Ownersbucks.

• Any 2-to-6-leg entry is eligible.

• Entries containing NBA, NFL, NHL, or PGA picks are eligible.

• “Protected” Player Picks are eligible.

• Entries placed with a Ticket are eligible.

• Eligible entries must be finalized by 3:00 AM ET 11/11/2025

The Offer:

The promotional offer is valid between 11/04/2025 at 11:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 11/11/2025 at 3:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports product operates and is not an “Excluded State.” Void where prohibited. Eligibility restrictions apply. The promotional offer is Non-Transferable.

• These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• You must have a verified account to enter.

• A real money Player Picks entry with 2–6 markets must be entered to qualify, of which one (1) market must contain at least one (1)  Rocket.

• Entries containing NBA, NFL, NHL, or PGA picks are eligible.

• “Protected” Player Picks entries are eligible.

• Player Picks entries made with a Ticket are eligible.

• Only one (1) 500 OwnersBucks reward is available.

• If multiple winning entities tie for having the greatest multiplier, the 500 OwnersBucks will be split into equal shares totalling 500.

OwnersBucks Delivery/Notification

• The user with the greatest multiplier winning Player Picks entry at the end of the “Promotional Period” will have the 500 OwnersBucks credited to their account within 48 hours of the conclusion of the “Promotional Period”.

• The OwnersBucks will unlock at 4% or higher depending on game type (Player Picks: 100%, Lightning Lineups: 75%, Salary Cap: 4-5% depending on paid gameplay) as you play paid contests.

Eligibility:

You must have a verified OwnersBox account. You must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in contests, sweepstakes or win prizes offered through OwnersBox. In jurisdictions, territories, and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of Contests is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must meet the age requirement in your local jurisdiction or territory. Legal residents physically located in Canada or any of the fifty (50) states and Washington D.C. in the United States of America, excluding Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming (the “Excluded States”) are eligible to open an account and participate in Player Picks contests, sweepstakes or win prizes offered by OwnersBox.

General

• This offer is only available to customers residing in a jurisdiction in which OwnersBox Fantasy Sports product(s) operates in, and is not an “Excluded State”.

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kroger from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the promotion or use of OwnersBox's services.

By having an OwnersBox account you are representing and warranting that:

• You are of 18 years of age or older (or the minimum age for permissible use in your jurisdiction)

• At the time of game entry you are physically located in a jurisdiction in which participation in the Contest is not prohibited by applicable law or these Terms;

• You are not listed on any governmental list of prohibited or restricted parties;

• You will abide at all times with this Agreement and any other agreements between you and OwnersBox regarding your use of the Services;

• When depositing funds or entering Contests, you are not physically located in of
  any of the Excluded States;

• You are not subject to backup withholding tax from any governmental authority;

• When entering any Contest that awards prizes, you are not an Employee, Immediate Family Member, or operator of OwnersBox or any other daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes;

• You do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about Contest-related information.

• OwnersBox may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

• By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.

• OwnersBox account holders are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes.

• OwnersBox is not liable for computer, program, or network malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards.

• OwnersBox reserves the right to exclude certain registered customers from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at OwnersBox’s sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of OwnersBox’s Terms of Service.

• OwnersBox may reclaim any bonus amount, promotional offer, Tickets, or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

• Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on OwnersBox immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded.

• Daily Fantasy Sports are for entertainment purposes only. Winning a contest on OwnersBox depends on knowledge and exercise of skill.

OwnersBox reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel this promotion upon notice to and approval from the applicable jurisdiction regulators located in the respective eligible Jurisdiction.
